Social Media Moderator

Responsibilities:

• Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
• Create creative captions matching the season as well as the brand persona.
• Communicates with followers as well as responding to queries and monitors customers reviews.
• Monitoring social media platforms for breaking news stories and publishing relevant content.
• Posting new content on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or other platfroms as needed.
• Coordinating with marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging users with content on social media sites.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Responsible of generating consistent reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide all necessary social media requirements as well as responsible for promoting marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing , presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English
